Small businesses do not fail at accounting because the arithmetic is hard. They fail because the calendar lives in one place, the customer list in another, the collections in a third, and nobody reconciles them until the month is already over. Bi’Bulut is the back office that holds all of it: appointments, customers, collections, e-invoicing, contact history, POS, income and expenses, and staff.
It is also the base the rest of the family is built on. One product core, one design system, one set of tokens; Bi’Klinik, Bi’Salon and Bi’Emlak are the same platform wearing their sector’s screens, terminology and brand. Adding a vertical means adding what differs, not forking what does not.
My scope spanned product and the design system that keeps four brands recognisably one product.
