This is my personal site. It has no accounts, no comments, no newsletter and no forms. Nothing you do here is sent anywhere until you say yes.
Before you choose
On your first visit the site asks whether analytics may load. Until you choose Allow analytics, no analytics script is fetched, no analytics cookie is set and no event is sent. ChoosingContinue without analytics keeps it that way. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, analytics stays off regardless.
If you allow analytics
Two services load: PostHog, hosted in the European Union, and Google Tag Manager. PostHog traffic goes through /ingest on this domain rather than PostHog's own hostname, so that DNS-level blockers do not silently drop it. It still ends up at PostHog in the EU.
Even then, these stay switched off in the configuration:
- Session recording. Your screen is never captured.
- Autocapture. Clicks and page views are not collected automatically.
- Surveys, feature flags and A/B testing.
What is recorded is a short list of deliberate events, so I can see which parts of the site are worth keeping:
- You clicked the email address.
- You clicked the WhatsApp link.
- You opened, or completed, a booking.
- You copied a code block.
Each event carries the page it happened on and, where relevant, which link it was. It does not carry your name, your email address or anything you typed. I do not build a profile of you and I do not sell or share this data.
Stored in your browser
Two values live in your browser's local storage. Neither is a cookie and neither is sent to me:
theme — whether you picked light or dark.analytics-consent — your answer to the analytics question, so you are not asked again.
If you allow analytics, PostHog and Google may set their own cookies in addition to this.
Changing your mind
The footer of every page has an Analytics settings button. Open it and choose again, at any time. Withdrawing consent stops collection and clears what PostHog kept in your browser. Clearing your browser data for this site resets everything, including the question itself.
Other services
- Cal.com handles booking. Its script only loads when you click the booking link; if you never click it, it never loads. What you enter there is covered by Cal.com's own privacy policy.
- Cloudflare Pages hosts the site and, like any web host, processes the requests it serves.
- Search on this site runs entirely in your browser. Your search terms are not sent to a server.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and Turkey's KVKK you can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to processing. Given how little this site collects, the honest answer is usually that there is nothing tied to you personally. Ask anyway if you want to be sure.

Changes
If what the site measures changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. There is no version history; the current text is what applies.
